Seeking volunteer Board Members for the Phoenix Public Market
Community Food Connections, the 501c3 non-profit organization responsible for overseeing the Open Air Markets at the Phoenix Public Market, is seeking individuals who are willing to volunteer for our Board of Directors.
Board members participate in monthly meetings to oversee execution of the market mission and assist with implementation of market functions including marketing, volunteer management, fundraising, vendor recruitment, and operations. Board members are expected to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per month.
We are interested in individuals who have a background in community leadership, legal services, fundraising and finance, and who consider themselves to be loyal farmers market customers.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Heather Lauer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
